RED
This is my latest collection and it started with an internal shift as usual.
Here the focus is less in what used to be, or grief. It is about becoming someone new, confident, free, moving forward and see ´´what else is there.´´
It is about atonomy, confidence, femininity and like the next step to my joy´s of life collection.
I called it red as this seems to be a returning color fo the mood I want to show, however I am not limiting myself to red, lets soo how it will continue!

She is a painting where I am mixing elements of my RED collection and my beyond forms collection.
While I wanted to see if I can mix them up I also completly focusing on shapes, colors, feeling and texture.
She is my current fave and the title is due to me mixing collections from different times, where I always associate different memories with and feelings.
Also her heart is blooming, a symbol for me to show growth.
The eye is a watching part of her, fearful.
The disconnect stays as a symbol for dissociation.
But all in all she seems confident :) despite it!

Praying Mantis
This piece explores the space between figure and abstraction.
